We are writing this letter to commend everyone at Interlock for the
superb service we have received and the great new "permanent" roof we
have on our residence.
My husband and myself checked the market thoroughly before making a
decision on what type of a new roof to put on our house. I cannot tell
you how pleased we are that we chose an Interlock roof. One of the very
important aspects that helped in making our decision was the lifetime
warranty, not to mention the fabulous updated look the roof has given
our home. I have always liked the look of a tile roof, and now have it
and in a color that is complimentary to the rest of the structure. Many
neighbors have already commented on how great the house looks.
Starting with your sales staff, the Director of Marketing, Steven
Wells, who was most helpful in explaining everything and taking the
time to make sure we understood fully, the product, the installation
process and what we were contracting for. Thank you Steven, it was a
pleasure doing business with you.
Todd was most helpful when contacted for a start date. The crew that
was sent out to do the work was "the best". The foreman on the job,
Mike Hayes, was excellent. He made sure everything was just perfect, I
imagine not an easy task with the cut-up roof he had to work with, in
addition to contending with a family of squirrels. I can't say enough
about his expertise in the installation. Also thanks to his helper,
Derek who was always so cheerful first thing in the morning, even on
those drizzly days. The extra care taken to tarp the roof when the
weather was looking threatening was most appreciated. Mike, I also
really appreciated your suggestion that we consider the replacement of
the fascia boards with the Interlock product as well, in addition to
taking away maintenance of the boards, it adds that finishing touch.
Also, thanks for taking the time to clean the gutters so my photos look
like we have a "new" house. It's magnificent to say the least.
I would also like to comment on the courteousness of your receptionist,
The couple of times I have called the head office, she has been one of
the most helpful and pleasant receptionists I have ever dealt with.
Again, thank you all. We will not hesitate to recommend Interlock to
our friends.
