Dear Sirs,

Every time I drive into our cul de sac and see our house with its lovely roof, I think of the day we went to Lynn Valley Mall and saw your display.

We had thought that we would have to replace our roof one day, then we had a chat with your charming salesman Robert Hunter and fixed a time for him to come round for an estimate etc. He seemed to be a man we could trust, not a bit pushy but loved his job and really believed in the product that he was selling.

We were concerned about the upheaval and the effect on our neighbours as this is a small friendly street, but felt that we could trust this man to look into any problems in that respect. We placed our order and eventually our new roof was finished.

We are pleased with the results.
